Shades of Monet bricks range from light yellow to warm sandy-orange.

Hand-molded Nelissen Monet bricks have a yellow base. The use of different types of clay gives the brick its color: from yellow to soft pink with beige, gray, and orange shades. The unique texture is the result of using coal on one side and fine white sand on the other. The structure appears uneven, with small and irregular grooves visible on the sandy surface. The firing process takes place in a tunnel kiln with gas heating.
